Electrics, landline, sewerage and the private water supply upgraded for those occasional dry periods a 5000-litre tank and large bore 150-meter pipe dug in; using just gravity and it works, although the airlock gave us a fright. Water passed the chemical test but requires ultraviolet treatment to make it drinkable. Thanks to the Highland Council for their assistance and advice in water supply.
